The hotel was spotless and our room was immaculately clean and cool. It had a marvelous location, close to restaurants, especially in front, and the river. the staff was attentive and we could use wake-up service and ironing free of charge.

I booked an a double room, it was beautiful and had a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus.

Clean hotel and excellent location. the room was on point - super clean and cool. They had a shower, hairdryer, and bathrobes ready in case you need them. the room had a nice view of the mountains as well 😉.

This hotel is a gem! the staff here goes above and beyond with their service. From the friendly reception to the knowledgeable Soren at the restaurant, everyone truly cares about your experience. the rooms are a sanctuary of peace, with comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. the pool provides a perfect spot to relax with stunning views all around. the buffet breakfast is a treat with delicious Vietnamese dishes and refreshing coconut coffee.

One small improvement could be adding umbrellas at the pool area for some extra shade during sunny days. As for the lobby lounge service, it lacked the same attentive care found throughout the hotel.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, with restaurants nearby and a river in front.
